6 Hinge, Door Stop and Bolt Combo (For two-door cookers)

The perfect hinge setup for two-door cookers like 120 and 250 gallon cookers (the extra two hinges are for the firebox).
Contains:
6 hinges
12 stainless bushings
6 Stainless Bolts
6 Grade 5 Bolts
!2 Stainless Washers
4 door stops (enough for two cook chamber doors)

These are laser cut parts, not plasma cut. They are far more precise and crisp in appearance. A side-by-side comparison easily reveals the difference.
Each laser cut BBQ Smoker Hinge and door stop assembly combines smooth operation with the perfect hinge offset and lift.
The hinges now include the stainless steel bushings for years of smooth operation.

Designed to fit doors with banding up to 0.25" thick and 2" wide. Each hinge assembly is made from 0.25" P&O (pickled and oiled) steel. They are ready to weld and paint with no mill scale.
These hinge assemblies work perfectly on cookers from to 60 gallons to the large 1,000 gallon tanks. They use a 0.5"x 2" inch bolt or pin (not included. See that combo set).
The hinge assemblies work just as well in vertical applications like on firebox doors or warming boxes.
The door stop transfers load forces to the tank shell further back to avoid damage to the tank or the hinge pin.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
A typical cooker door uses two hinge assemblies while some doors may require three or more assemblies per door. For example, a typical two door cooker would require four hinge assemblies.
