6 Bolt Cooker Stainless Bolt Kit (6 hinge)
This complete cooker hinge bolts kit is designed for a two-door cooker with a firebox door (6 hinges total).
The Mystic Smokers door hinge stainless steel bolt kit utilizes two stainless steel bushings between the three hinge parts to mitigate friction, reduce wear, eliminate hinge noise and reduce corrosion.
The kit comes with 1/2” Stainless Steel bolts with SS Nylon Lock Nuts (for final assembly).
Because stainless steelis not optimal for the multiple tightening and loosening cycles needed for the actual build, I provide standard (zinc plated) bolts and regular nuts for the build process.
Simply, swap the standard bolts and lock nuts out for the stainless version when the build is complete. I do it after painting.

12- Stainless Steel bushings

6- 1/2” Grade 5 bolts
