This is a complete hardware kit and rolled vertical door band kit for a 30-inch diameter (250/330 gallon) LP style BBQ smoker cooker. The parts are laser cut (not plasma cut. Laser cutters are far more precise and require no clean-up before use).
The kits include:
6 hinge assemblies. (4 cook chamber and two firebox hinges)
2 door handle assemblies with the stainless steel Lava Lock springs.
1 Forebox latch
4 grate pulls
4- 30-inch vertical, precisely rolled door bands.
Each door band is made from 1/4" x 2" hot rolled flat bar stock.
The bands are rolled to precisely match a LP tank or pipe style cooker with a 30-inch diameter. Typically, this is a 250 or 330-gallon LP tank style cooker.
See the 120/150 gallon version for that size kits. The only difference is the band size.
